8. Academy Reference Letters
From time to time, eligible members may qualify for an Upgrade Guard Academy Reference Letter.
Reference letters are issued solely at the discretion of Upgrade Guard Academy and may be based on factors including course completion, account standing, participation, professionalism, and other eligibility requirements.
Completion of courses or maintaining a subscription does not guarantee eligibility for a reference letter.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
